Do certifications come with my order?

MTR’s (Mill Test Reports) will be provided on all BPE items that are ordered. If MTR’s or Certificate of Compliance are required for Parker fittings, the order must be placed with our inside sales team. You can contact them at 800-249-9337.

Please download our credit application, complete the form and submit. Once reviewed you will be contacted by an Inside Sales representative to advise you that your account has been opened and what your credit limit is.

Is there a restriction on the quantity of an item I can purchase?

Yes, the item will have a purchase limit set and this will be displayed when entering your quantity. It differs from item to item.

How quickly will my order ship once its placed?

Assuming all materials are still in stock, your order will ship between 24-36 hours.

Can I use my UPS number for shipping?

No, but you can contact our inside sales team and set up an account where your shipping number will be used.

What if a part I want to buy is not in stock?

We are constantly receiving inventory on a daily basis. While we hope to satisfy all your requirements, if an item is listed as “out of stock” please contact our inside sales team at 800-249-9337 for delivery information. If you want to place an order for an item out of stock, we suggest that you establish an account with us.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Contact our inside sales team and a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) will be issued. Once the item is returned and inspected, full credit will be issued. If the error is the responsibility of TEK, credit will be issued for shipping and handling as well.
